Birthed from the ocean, I arrived on the shores of Playa La Angosta, Colón, Panamá gasping air, wet sand covering my new form.

The ocean brought me to land, tasked with evolution through gentle awareness and flow.

Shells on my ears, I followed pulsing Congo heartbeats down the shore, guided by their rhythms to beings beautiful and luminous.

I captured with my eyes this new world with sensitivity and delight.
